I don't really know where to start except to say wow!! What a truly wonderful experience from start to finish and how I wish we had known about Jody Campbell and the team before searching for a car . Come to Jody's and you will never have to look anywhere else again. Whether you come with the budget of a prince or a pauper you will be treated exactly the same with the utmost help and respect. A knowledgeable and friendly team. Phone calls are replied too. No pressure to buy and more than reasonable priced immaculate cars. Nothing was any trouble. Marty very kindly explained the car to us... I had a stroke and relearning and learning anything new isn't as easy as it was and my goodness Marty had the patience of a saint and so did Jody. This kind team delivered the car home for me too which was a great help and relief. The aftercare service is excellent. An honest team. A reliable team. A over above and beyond team. We cant stress just how friendly the staff are at Jody Campbell Cars!
We test drove 3 different cars on site as we needed to be sure that what we were buying was right for us both, The staff made us feel right at home and nothing was too much trouble. Martin and Alan assisted us from start to finish, and were very patient as we had never driven an automatic car before.
We love our new car and we are delighted with the service we received.

This is an aftersales review and one that is well deserved. Bought my car with 6 months warranty and with a little over a week left, my car inherited a dreaded engine warning lamp and loss of power. Rang the guys and they told me they would look at it on diagnostics that same day. I nearly fell off my chair as I was used to dealing with major retailers who always put me off for weeks/months before getting me booked in.

My car was booked in by Martin, a Courtesy Car was made ready for me. I dropped my car off, changed over my Insurance and off I went again, refreshingly easy.

Car needed a Sensor replaced which was ordered and ftted within a week. Car running great and and I dont know what I was worrying about initially, these guys are absolute professionals and their experience shows.

Smoothest experience ive ever had buying a car! Saw a wee Peugeot on the Website, rang Alan on the Thursday and got all the details for it over the phone. I arrived the following Saturday and met Jody the Owner who reconfimed all the details and offered a test drive. The Car was exactly as described and any cosmetic imperfections (I wouldnt have even noticed them!) made very clear to me. I was getting a 6 month Warranty offered to me on this car rather than the 3 month Warranty offered to me by Ford in Belfast on a similar car with similar mileage. The better price and extra warranty, as well as the more personal service was enough for me to do the deal with Jody Campbell Cars. Some 4 months later and I am delighted with the Car and would very much recommend this company to anyone looking for their next pre-owned car. Thanks lads!!

Thank you for sorting my booking quickly for MOT. My Toyota Yaris had a broken coil spring, My Toyota Extended Warranty would not cover the broken spring as this was classed as wear and tear part due to age and miles of my car. I called this dealer and explained I need my car for getting to my job in the Hospital and they booked me for two days later for new Coil Spring to be fitted. The price for this work was great, compared to what Toyota Garage was quoting me!

Picked up a car from Jody Campbell Cars today. This was after being messed about by a different dealer who couldn't even contact me about anything, even after telling me when I rang that they would call me back in a few minutes. I was then left for almost 2 weeks without a call back from them.
Anyway.. I can say nothing but great things about Jody, he is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
From the first phone call regarding the car, in which I spoke to Martin, who is also an absolute gentleman. He answered any questions I had about it and also Jody calling me back himself a few minutes after the initial call i made.
I must say his absolute friendly attitude and helpfulness had me decide straight away that this is who i am buying my car from , everything went as smooth as butter and even at the handover of the car to myself from Jody, the main man was an absolute pleasure.

Will be highly recommending him to any family or friends who will be in the market for a new car in future, and i will also use him myself again when I decide to buy another car in the future. Thank you Jody and team!

First class experience overall. Issue appeared with the cars electronics over a year outside of my warranty period. My usual local workshop didint want to know so I contacted Jody Campbell Cars on the off chance, to see if they could help me. They said they would try their very best to assist and had the car booked in in a couple of days. The issue turned out to be a faulty control module, it was located by their recommended Technician and the car was sorted and ready for me to collect inside a couple of weeks. My Company Car lost power driving past this Garage a few weeks ago and this Garage couldn't have been more helpful. The Proprietor assisted me even though he was actually closed up for the Day and I wasn't a customer of theirs. He was closing the gates at the time to go home. He plugged a Diagnostic Computer into my Car and read the fault code on my Audi which confirmed a failed O2 sensor, thankfully he managed to clear the Code which got me up and running again and got me home. Just wished to say thank you very much for the help which was greatly appreciated.
